Pain Practice OS – January Cohort
A structured, mentored way to integrate psychologically informed care into real clinical practice
Pain Practice OS is a live, cohort-based education program for clinicians who want to integrate ACT‑informed, psychologically informed care into what they already do well — without abandoning movement, loading, education, or clinical reasoning.
This is not about becoming a therapist or learning a new set of scripts.
It’s about learning how to make clearer decisions, have better conversations, and support lasting change when cases become complex or stuck.
Who is this program for
Pain Practice OS is designed for clinicians who:
Work with people in pain across the continuum
Want to integrate psychologically informed, ACT‑based principles into everyday care
Feel confident in many situations but less grounded in the most complex cases
Are tired of improvising under pressure
Value mentorship, structure, and peer learning
This program is not a fit if you’re looking for:
A certification
Scripted protocols
Technique‑based quick fixes
A purely academic course with no clinical application
What you’ll learn
Inside Pain Practice OS, you’ll learn how to:
Apply ACT‑informed, psychologically informed care in real clinical settings
Integrate these principles with movement, loading, education, and problem‑solving
Improve clinical reasoning when certainty isn’t available
Guide behavior change more effectively through conversation and context
Deliver this approach to individuals or groups in a sustainable way
The emphasis is always on integration, not replacement.
How the program works
•. Live, cohort-based format
Structured weekly sessions
Case‑based discussion and application
Mentorship from experienced clinicians
Peer learning with a small, focused group
Ongoing discussion and support inside the community
This is designed to support learning while you’re actively practicing, not after the fact.
