Postdoctoral Researcher
Peter Stilwell is a Postdoctoral Researcher at McGill University in the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences – School of Physical & Occupational Therapy. Most of his research is on pain and person-centered care. He is especially interested in pain theory and medical humanities. He currently holds a Fellowship from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Previously, he was the Ronald Melzack Fellow in Chronic Pain Research at the Alan Edwards Centre for Research on Pain at McGill. He was recently awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellowship to conduct pain research at the University of Southern Denmark starting 2024.
